The Foundations Year

There is no kindergarten at Keystone. The year before first grade, you teach your own child at home — and we teach you how. A curated curriculum kit, one parent seminar a month, and one Saturday morning a month on campus: recitation, read-alouds, Latin songs, community. Arizona's kindergarten ESA award typically covers the materials.

What you receive: The complete Keystone kindergarten kit, monthly coaching from the founder, and a community of founding families.
What it costs: The materials — usually covered in full by your child's kindergarten ESA award. The program itself is free.
What it proves: A year of Saturdays is the honest measure of a family's commitment. Foundations families receive first claim on first-grade seats.

The path to a seat

1 · Inquire: One email. We reply personally, within days.
2 · Foundations Evening: Hear the standard, plainly stated. Some families will decide another school is the right choice. There is no shame in that. There is only honesty.
3 · Family interview: With the founder. We are choosing each other.
4 · The covenant: Signed by the family and the school. It means what it says.
5 · The seat: A $200 commitment — waived on a pastor's referral or hardship, and credited back toward uniforms. When a grade is full at sixteen, it is full.
